I don't mean by this that your give your services for free, but that you are sympathizer with the lifestyle. It's easier for a BDSM couple to convey their doctor if an specific injury was made while on the scene, it prevents unwanted attention, and it will prevent also false notions of "Domestic Abuse". On the other hand, this doctor should be wise enough to differentiate though a real "Domestic Abuse" that was caused and is being tried to be masked as scene Damage.

A scene accident can happen, but we need to make sure that it was the result of an unforeseen fact, rather than one of uncarefull scene management. If the injury is the result of a badly planned or poorly executed scene rather than a force major factor, the doctor must be able to help them improve the next time over, either by giving them pointers in case he knows about the specific techniques, or by sending them to the proper sites to get the information they need.

This doctor will indeed charge for the treatment and all the medicines, but will also support the growth of the scene by helping the community, with an open approach to a problem that would normally raise red flags.

On the same token, if the doctor works for a hospital that is not BDSM Aware, or at least BDSM Friendly, even with all the good intentions of the physician, the red flag would be raised, so having a community build up of such professionals and businesses is important to all of us.
